Reservation Procedures:

-Reservation availability on a first-come, first-served basis.
-Assignment (PCS) to or from Fort Rucker and temporary duty schools, no advance restriction.
-Other TDY, 45 days in advance.
-Unofficial travelers, retirees, and unofficial visitors to the command 7 days in advance, subject to preemption by official travelers and blackout dates.
-Incoming reservations have priority over extensions.
-Suite for 0-6(P) and GS-14 (subject to preemption by Protocol).
-DVQ for 0-7, and GS-15 & above, call Protocol direct, at (334) 255-1134 or DSN 558-1134.
-Services: nonsmoking rooms, playground, free continental breakfast, outdoor cooking facilities, handicap facilities, infant cribs (based on availability), fax services, conference room, guest exercise room and internet service.
